This EOI is to showcase the diversity and quality of NSW food products or to encompass further proposals and activities that have not been included in the above options by supplying ideas and other suggestions.

Key benefits: 

  • Showcase your product to an international audience 
  • Gain exposure to tourism industry delegates 
  • Highlight NSW’s renowned culinary experiences  

Expression of interest: 

The following criteria will be taken into consideration during the assessment process: 

  • Products should be produced in NSW or strongly represent NSW’s food or beverage offering.
  • Products should have storage and handling requirements suitable for the event environment.
  • Activities should provide a high-quality and engaging delegate experience.      
  • Consideration may be given to businesses that can support delivery of the program through complimentary inclusions, value-in-kind contributions or reduced industry rates.
  • Preference may be given to businesses participating as ATE27 Sellers.

determine final participation to ensure depth, diversity and regional representation.
