Activity Program

Destination NSW is seeking expressions of interest from NSW businesses to host an early morning or evening activity in Sydney for ATE27 delegates and provide participants with a memorable NSW visitor experience beyond the event venue.

Activities may include: 

  • Harbour and water-based experiences 
  • Wellness activities such as yoga, fitness or run clubs 
  • Sporting and recreational activities 
  • Cultural and arts experiences

These activities will be scheduled pre- or post- the official ATE27 appointment sessions at ICC Sydney and provide an opportunity for delegates to engage with NSW products in a relaxed and immersive environment.

Activity period:

17-20 May 2027 

Activities will be scheduled pre- or post- the official ATE27 appointment sessions. Evening activities can only be scheduled for the Sunday, Wednesday or Thursday nights of ATE27.

Can your business support participation through any of the following:

  • Complimentary inclusions (e.g. free tour or hosting a meal free of charge)
  • Value-in-kind contribution (e.g. free water bottle on arrival)
  • Reduced industry rate (e.g. 40% off standard retail rate)
  • ·Commercial rate only (e.g. no discount, same rate as available to the public)

Expressions of interest 


Destination NSW will assess all proposals based on suitability, delegate experience, capacity, logistics and accessibility. 

The following criteria may be taken into consideration: 

  • Activities should provide a high-quality and engaging delegate experience 
  • Activities should generally be designed to run for approximately 30-60 minutes to align with the ATE27 program schedule.
  • Activities should be within an 8km radius of ICC Sydney
  • Consideration may be given to businesses that can support delivery of the program through complimentary inclusions, value-in-kind contributions or reduced industry rates. 
  • Preference may be given to businesses participating as ATE27 Sellers.  

Please note: Submission of an Expression of Interest does not guarantee inclusion in the ATE27 Activity Program. Destination NSW reserves the right to determine final participation to ensure depth, diversity and regional representation.
